does anyone know where to buy a war movie called rain?

i have been looking to find this movie, its on a dog in the war it was
released in 2003..
you cant find it in any normal stores or jb hi fi or any where
online...
it was on tv last year on channel 7
if you know where to download it as well that be great!!
